Cape Town businessman, tech entrepreneur and cyber stalker/cyber criminal Andy Miszewski has committed cyber fraud on my South African, Standard Bank account. At the beginning of this year, he issued me with a cyber death threat, that featured in Part 11. I have copied and repasted it below the details of his (new) financial cyber crime.
On 30 June 2025 I transferred R1,100.00 (AUD$98.35) from my Australian, Westpac bank account to my South African, Standard Bank account, the purpose being to fulfill a Mastercard credit card payment that was due. I used an online monitor in the Queens Street, Brisbane branch of Westpac to make the payment. Westpac subsequently confirmed the funds went out of my account that same day, into Standard Bank. The figure of R1,100.00 (AUD$98.35) hardly constitutes major financial fraud. With Miszewski it is not about the money per se; it is about causing chaos, disruption and financial hardship in my life – which this has achieved.
The Reason for His Latest Cyber Crime
Based on Andy Miszewski’s documented pattern of aberrant criminal behaviour, something took place to anger him just prior to 30 June 2025 when I made the transfer; he was thwarted from doing something or achieving something by another party familiar with his criminal reputation and/or the contents of this blog. Given the date and timing of his crime, that party may well be his eldest daughter, Alexandra Miszewski. Alexandra Miszewski would not have known, could not have known, that his anger would translate into cyber fraud. She would not have played any role in the execution of his cyber fraud – I want to stress that. But, she may well know (with hindsight) what the circumstances were that triggered this cyber fraud crime by him.
Standard Bank South Africa and Westpac Bank, Australia
I first contacted Standard Bank in South Africa about the funds not reflecting in my account on 2 July 2025, starting with their International Payments and International Banking divisions. Miszewski removed the funds. To date I have still not had a response from Standard Bank’s Fraud Division despite my three emails to them dated 14 July 2025, 28 August 2025 and 5 September 2025. They included details of the South African Police case files I opened against him when I was living in South Africa. Standard Bank should be familiar with Miszewski due to my communications with their Forensic Division in 2021 (when I was living in South Africa).
My 14 July 2025 email connected Standard Bank’s Fraud Division with Westpac’s Digital Fraud Division who are familiar with Miszewski’s interferences in my Westpac banking. On 22 July 2025 Westpac tried to recover the funds by requesting Standard Bank return the funds. The following day they issued Fraud Scam Alert C25071645874. On 26 August 2025 Westpac advised me the funds had not been returned. Standard Bank would have been unable to return them because Miszewski removed them!
Standard Bank’s Fraud Division – Non Responsive
I have not received communication in any form from Standard Bank’s Fraud Division who should by now, at the very least, provided me with a Fraud Case number. I have however heard from their lawyers, LGR Attorneys (Louw Genis & Rajoo Attorneys), who advised me that even if fraud has taken place, I am still responsible for making/re making the Mastercard credit card payment. On 27 August 2025 LGR Attorneys advised me that I am at risk of incurring a negative credit profile if payment is not forthcoming by 8 September 2025. I have not transferred new funds to fulfill the Standard Bank Mastercard payment that was due on 4 July 2025. I am now more than two months in arrears.
Miszewski’s previous interferences in both my Westpac and Standard Bank accounts have been more of an inconvenience and disruptive factor than a negative financial intervention although his re-instatement of a bank loyalty programme did cost me money before I picked up on it.
I am re pasting below Part 11, that deals with his death threat:
PART ELEVEN, 18 Jan 2025
Death Threat from South African businessman, Andy Miszewski
On 14 January 2025 at 11.30 am I used Computer Number 4, in the public computer section, at the Maroochydore Library in Australia, logging on with my Sunshine Coast Council Library membership number and password. This death threat, in a Word document, from Andy Miszewski, immediately appeared on the screen of the computer I was using. I photographed it with my camera, which I happened to have with me, then had hard copy prints made which I re-photographed as he has a history of corrupting devices I use to store evidence of his criminal handiwork.
I am a regular user of the many services offered by the Maroochydore and Nambour branches of the Sunshine Coast Council Library group in Queensland, Australia where I live. Miszewski has long been hacked into the Wifi system of the Sunshine Coast Library network. Previously he caused physical, operational damage to the lift (elevator) at the Maroochydore branch and damage to their photocopier/printers. These details are included in previous blog posts.

Andy Miszewski lives in Cape Town, South Africa. He owns technology company, 1-grid, the provider of Web and VPS hosting services, and cyber security technology and advice to clients. Plus, he is a shareholder and director of ISP, Webafrica. In addition, he owns companies in other sectors including Riveroak Trading, a supplier of tinned and packaged foods to the SPAR supermarket group in South Africa. Miszewski also co-owns Jarrat Tours, a travel company that operates out of Cape Town and Johannesburg.
